Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Axe VPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Service Description
Axe VPN provides a virtual private network service that encrypts your internet connection. We offer a limited free tier and paid premium subscription plans with additional server locations and features.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Axe VPN only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to engage in illegal activity, distribute malware, or violate the terms of any third-party service you access through the VPN. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal (App Store & Google Play Billing)
Premium access is sold as an auto-renewable subscription (or, where offered, a one-time lifetime purchase) billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirming purchase.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing or cancelling: manage or cancel your subscription any time via your device's Apple ID / Google Play account settings — cancelling does not issue a refund for the current period, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Price changes will be notified in advance as required by the App Store / Google Play and will apply from your next renewal unless you cancel.
Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)
If you downloaded Axe VPN from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is additionally governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, which takes precedence over any conflicting terms in this document to the extent required by Apple.
Refunds
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's own refund policies and procedures respectively — Axe VPN does not directly process store purchase refunds. Where a purchase is made directly on our website (card/PayPal), refund requests may be sent to support@linkze.me within 30 days of purchase.
Service Availability
While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance or server issues may temporarily affect availability of specific server locations.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time from within the app.
Limitation of Liability
Axe VPN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
