Axe VPN is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not log, track, or store your online browsing activity. Your privacy is our priority, and this policy explains exactly what we collect and why.
No-Logs Policy
We operate a strict no-activity-logs policy. We do not track which websites you visit, the content of your traffic, your DNS queries, or connection timestamps tied to your browsing while the VPN tunnel is active.
Information We Collect
- Account information: the email address (or Google Sign-In identifier) you use to create an account.
- Payment information: subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or PayPal — we never see or store your card details ourselves.
- Device & diagnostic data: device type, OS version, and app version, used only for compatibility and crash reporting.
- Aggregate connection metadata: which VPN server location was used and total session duration, used solely for capacity planning and abuse prevention — never tied to your browsing activity.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above only to: provide and maintain the VPN service, process and manage your subscription, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and improve app stability. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data Security
All VPN traffic is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. Account and payment data in transit is protected with TLS encryption, and stored data is access-controlled to authorized personnel only.
Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third parties strictly for account authentication (Firebase/Google), payment processing (Apple, Google, Stripe, PayPal), and crash/performance monitoring. These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & App Store Billing
Axe VPN offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. When you subscribe:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings or Google Play subscription settings — Axe VPN does not process cancellations directly.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We receive only a purchase token/receipt from Apple and Google to verify and activate your subscription — we do not receive or store your card, bank, or Apple/Google account credentials.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your account data at any time, and to request a copy of the data we hold about you. You may delete your account from within the app, or contact us at privacy@linkze.me for any privacy request.
Children's Privacy
Axe VPN is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
